Wedding Organizer AKA Coordinator

So allow us to be your wedding organizer to ensure a seamless & stress free experience. You are enjoying planning your own wedding but want a little extra help in the final months and especially weekend of, this package is for you! 

  • Complimentary virtual or in person meeting to get to know the newly engaged couple to ensure 212º Event Planning is the right fit for your special day 

  • Joins your beautiful wedding process 30 to 90 days prior to wedding  

  • Ensure the hardworking details planned by couple are executed to perfection 

  • Create wedding day timeline 

  • Confirm & manage all vendors up until wedding 

  • Point of contact for all vendors so you or your family are not bothered 

  • Oversee entire event to ensure no details are missed

  • Work with current COVID restrictions 

  • Organize bridal party for ceremony and work with officiate & musicians on logistics  

  • Ensure that rehearsal & rehearsal dinner run smoothly and on time 

  • Cross-check seating chart and table set-up to match vision board

Have an event small or large upcoming but cannot figure out how you will have time to plan it? Allow 212º Event Planning to step in and take this off your plate. Save-The-Dates, Invitations, Thank You Cards, and Wedding Signage allow 212º Event Planning to do the creative work and details for you! 

Baby Shower & Bridal Shower - the stationary package can be for all your needs!

  • Save-The-Dates - We design for you, send for your stamp of approval, print and send out! Saves you the time to focus on getting ready for the BIG DAY! 

  • Invitations - Many steps and verbiage that are extremely important for this one, we take care of all of that for you. Just send us your list! 

  • Thank You Cards - Not only for your wedding day but also your bridal shower.  

  • Wedding Signage - From menu cards to table numbers to welcome sign we can design it all to match your wedding them. 

  • Bridal Shower or Baby Shower - These themes are so fun and love to design! 

  • Postage fees will be added to final design and package - pricing varies based on printing, postage and design.
